ICE Newark arrested Manuel Ernesto Hernandez-Urmana, a 46-year-old criminal illegal alien allegedly responsible for operating a boat that capsized near Liberty Island, New York, killing a 27-year-old mother and her five-month-old daughter. The U. S. Coast Guard and its partner agencies rescued 12 others from the water during the Aug. 8 incident. ICE arrested Hernandez-Urmana Aug. 11 upon his release from U. S. Marshals Service custody.
